For HV battery faults, section voltages, BMS communication, fault history and the conditions in which the issue occurs are all important. Workshops can send an ISTA report or photographs of diagnostic readings.
Battery solution for this model
After identifying the pack we confirm whether new modules or another appropriate solution can be supplied. Scope and part quantity are determined only after checking the specific VIN and battery version.
For this model we confirm the configuration first. Not every pack uses the same 16S1P module, so a module offer is prepared only after VIN verification.
